ROYAL AIR FORCE FAIRFORD, England -- Senior Airman Charles Cruz assembles a PSC-5 tactical satellite radio here recently. The PSC-5 supports the Department of Defense requirement for having a lightweight, secure, network-capable, multiband, multimission, anti-jam, voice, imagery and data communications capability in a single package.
