Tuskegee Airmen visit Pentagon

Tuskegee Airmen George Boyd (from left), James Warren, Phillip Broom (in red coat) and Alexander Jefferson admire a painting April 20 depicting fellow Tuskegee Airmen that is on display in the Pentagon. The four Airmen along with retired Lt. Gen. Russell Davis were in Washington to meet with Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz and Air Force Vice Chief of Staff Gen. William Fraser III prior to departing on a tour of units in Southwest Asia including the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing whose origins trace back to the 332nd Fighter Group and the Tuskegee Red Tail Flyers.
