LISBON, Portugal -- Senior Airman Ryan Conti, a crew chief with the 37th Airlift Squadron, rotates the blades on a C-130 Hercules during post flight operations here. The aircraft will be the first to be refurbished by OGMA (Oficinas Gerais de Material Aeronáutico) Industries and returned to Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
