Pilot for a day

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- First Lts. Michael Pickett and Allena Lewis give Kameron Ballard-Huffman a tour of an F-16 Fighting Falcon here. Kameron served as Fighter Pilot for a Day on March 18. The program lets terminally ill children see what it is like to be a fighter pilot. Kameron is in the end stage of a rare liver disease. He is from Husila, Alaska, a town about 250 miles northwest of Fairbanks. Lieutenant Pickett is assigned to the 355th Fighter Squadron, and Lieutenant Lewis is assigned to the 18th Fighter Squadron.
