SERE instructors ensure water survival skills
Tech. Sgt. Sherwood Brown (left) explains to an aircrew member about the next phase of refresher water survival training being held for the 535th Airlift Squadron in the waters adjacent to Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. The member will be pulled through the water by a jet ski which will simulate a parachute being caught in the wind. Sergeant Brown is an Air Force survival, evasion, resistance and escape specialist assigned to the 15th Operations Support Squadron at Hickam. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech Sgt. Cohen A. Young)
