KIRKUK AIR BASE, Iraq -- 1st Lt. Michael Nading and Capt. Edward Reder help bury fiber optic and copper cable here. Airmen from the 506th Expeditionary Communications Squadron have installed more than 45,000 feet of cable to 55 facilities to support telephone and computer network communications for deployed forces.
