FRENCH VILLAGE, Iraq -- Maj. (Dr.) Gene Delaune and an Iraqi doctor look at the CT-scan images of a 12-year-old boy. The doctors were trying to diagnose a vision problem. On the clinic's first day, Oct. 18, it is neither fully staffed nor equipped, and only five patients were treated.
