OKINAWA, Japan -- Nine-year-old Rika Chinen, from Okinawa's Girl Scout Troop 457, rappels down a tower while at summer camp. Chinen is helped by Staff Sgt. David Blankenship, a combat controller with the 320th Special Tactics Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan.
