Crater rater
BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Master Sgt. Douglas Frickey measures a crater created by a coalition bomb during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The air strike March 28 destroyed a maintenance facility that supported Iraqi surface-to-air missile operations. Frickey is one of nearly 100 experts from the United States, United Kingdom and Australia who are currently visiting up to 500 impact points targeted by coalition forces during OIF. The team will assess how well the weapons achieved their intended effects and possibly improve future operations. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Michael Best)
