Hook 'em up

OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM - Senior Airman Bryan Phan, a member of the 386th Expeditionary Air Control Squadron, reaches for a crane hook to remove the lift sling from a quick reaction antenna. The antenna was one of the larger pieces of equipment being removed by the squadron for redeployment. The squadron, better known by its call sign "Absolut," was a prominent fixture of a forward-deployed air base for eight years providing air control of the skies of southern Iraq.
