BEAR builds new quarters for forces at Manas

Staff Sgt. Wynn Hartson attaches cables to a wench assembly to prepare the vinyl fabric, which will be pulled up and over the frame of a 4,000-square foot dome shelter being constructed March 30 at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan.
