'Visions of Valor' portraits honor heroes
Secretary of the Air Force Michael B. Donley unveils a portrait of retired Col. Bernard Fisher during the "Visions of Valor" dedication April 3 at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado. Participating is Academy Superintendent Lt. Gen. John F. Regni and David J. McIntyre, the TriWest CEO.
