PACAF provides much needed dental and ophthalmologic care to underprivileged in Thailand.

Cope Tiger is an annual exercise conducted in Thailand to improve combat readiness and combined and joint interoperability of U.S., Thai and Singaporean forces while enhancing regional security and providing humanitarian support.
