New hydraulic lift aims to boost contingency capabilities
Airmen from the 816th Global Mobility Squadron at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., use a forklift to move a deployable-hydraulic lift for assembly as part of a demonstration for the Air Mobility Battlelab. The AMB, located in the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center on Fort Dix, N.J., coordinated the demonstration as part of a new Initiative which aims to help contingency-response Airmen have an easier time moving cargo in deployed locations.
