Moody Airmen rescue Cuban migrants found at sea

An HH-60G Pave Hawk from the 41st Rescue Squadron out of Moody Air Force Base, Ga., picks up a 38th Rescue Squadron pararescueman and a survivor off a ship approximately 260 miles south of New Orleans, La., during a rescue mission April 25. Responding to a request for support from the U.S. Coast Guard, two HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters and a 71st Rescue Squadron HC-130P King performed a 10-hour mission to retrieve Cuban migrants in distress that had been picked up by a passing ship. Subsequently, five adults and one child were hoisted from the tanker and transported to a medical facility in New Orleans. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Gina Chiaverotti)
