Members from the 386th Expeditionary Medical Group, Navy and Japan Air Self-Defense Force came together for joint training Feb. 18 at a Southwest Asia air base. The joint training familiarizes medics on the loading and extracting techniques of patients for medical evacuation missions so members of each service can work together as a team in providing patients the best possible care.
