CJTF-HOA relationship with Djiboutians impresses CAPSTONE officers
Brig. Gen. Lawrence A. Stutzriem places his personnel protection equipment on before boarding a CH-53 helicopter to fly to Obock, Djibouti form Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Feb. 24. General Stutzriem was part of the U.S. military flag officers in CAPSTONE who toured the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa-led construction sites. Forty-five U.S. military senior leaders are touring combatant commands as part of the overseas field study in the CAPSTONE course designed for newly appointed generals or equivalents.
