Airmen provide relief to China
Airmen from the 733rd Air Mobility Squadron load cargo onto a C-17 Globemaster III from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, Feb. 8 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 733rd AMS loaded medical supplies, food rations and cold weather gear onto this C-17 and another from Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, bound for China. Recently, 19 Chinese provinces experienced the most severe winter storms in 50 years, imposing severe hardships on millions of Chinese citizens. U.S. Pacific Command coordinated the delivery of the humanitarian supplies to People's Liberation Army at Shanghai International Airport, China. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Rey Ramon)
