Airman 1st Class Amanda Houser takes an eye iris scan on an Iraqi policeman during the Hy al Amil Iraqi Police and Patrol Station's monthly pay day Jan. 30 at Joint Security Station Black Lion in Baghdad, Iraq. The pay day activities included: a security search, being identified by an iris scan, showing the proper identification, and verifying the IP had their assigned weapons. Verifications were made with the help of U.S. expeditionary security forces. Airman Houser is a native of Hortonville, Wis., and a member of Det. 3 of the 732nd Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, 716th Military Police Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade.
