Air Force Week kicks off in Los Angeles
Gen. C. Robert "Bob" Kehler accepts the proclamation for Air Force Week-Los Angeles on Nov. 14 at the Hollywood and Highland Plaza in Los Angeles. The proclamation was signed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and presented by Lisa Kalustian, chief deputy director of the office of the governor. The ceremonies include performances by the Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team and the Air Force Band of the Golden West with flyovers by several different Air Force aircraft and interactive expos. Air Force Week-Los Angeles continues until Nov. 21 and has events throughout the area. Gen. Kehler is the Air Force Space Command commander from Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
