Kyrgyz war heroes, Manas Airmen enjoy Veterans Day
Lt. Col. Eric Casler explains the dynamics of flying the KC-135 Stratotanker to retired Soviet Col. Vasili Strelnikov as 1st Lt. Alkesandr Yarovinskiy interprets. The base hosted the veterans for an appreciation day visit, which included a tour, dinner and the kickoff of a new program established to assist them with some of their living expenses.
