Airman 1st Class Gregory Hayes, Senior Airman Paul Clayborn, Tech. Sgt. Eric Miner, Senior Airman Christian Crespo and Staff Sgt. Mervie Dotson watch as floodwater from one yard flows into an used yard Nov. 3 at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. Pumping the floodwater allows maintenance technicians to access a radio tower on base. All five Airmen are utilities systems technicians with the 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron. Airman Clayborn, a native of Arlington, Texas, is deployed from Andrews Air Force Base, Md. Sergeant Dotson, a native of Tyler, Texas, is deployed from Barksdale AFB, La. Sergeant Miner, a native of Concord, N.H., is deployed from McConnell AFB, Kan. Airman Crespo, a Dallas native, is deployed from Malmstrom AFB, Mont. Airman Hayes, a native of Lancaster, S.C., is deployed from Schriever AFB, Colo.
