Reservists oversee Dover C-5 Avionics Modernization Program
Chief Master Sgt. Donald Cunningham performs a preflight check on a C-5 Galaxy from Westover Air Reserve Base, Mass., that received a modernized glass cockpit and avionics upgrade through the Avionics Modernization Program. Airmen from Dover Air Force Base, Del., and Travis AFB, Calif., are overseeing the Avionics Modernization Program modifications of all the Air Force Reserve Command C-5s and will manage the rest of the C-5 fleet's conversion through 2015.
