Joint Teams prepare for Hurricane Dolly
Staff Sgts. Gonzalo Roman and Robert Ribeiro setup a base-X tent, part of the Joint Incident Communications Capability (JICC) that will provide video teleconference, satellite and cellular communications next to the Emergency Operations Center at Brooks City-Base in San Antonio July 22. The Texas Army National Guard is part of the Standing Joint Interagency Task Force-Texas at Camp Mabry, Texas. Sergeant Ribeiro is from the Texas Army National Guard's Bee Caves Armory, Austin, Texas. Sergeant Roman is from the Air National Guard's 149th Communications Flight at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
