Peru's chief of staff sees 'New Horizon'
Tech. Sgt. Chris Belknap describes the construction progress of a clinic the 820th RED HORSE Squadron engineers are building July 13 in San Cristobal, Peru, to Dr. Luis Cabena, the chief of staff to the Peruvian Ministry of Defense. The engineers are part of a task force supporting New Horizons-Peru 2008, a U.S. and Peruvian effort to bring quality-of-life improvements to the people of Peru.
