White grew up in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina during the Bosnian conflict as a child and moved to the U.S. in 1994. White studies and trains in the Family Medicine Residency Program that aims to provide world class instruction so graduate physicians can supply a personal medical home whether deployed or in garrison.
