A low-cost, low-altitude, or LCLA, bundle exits a C-130H Hercules May 14, 2014, during Exercise Balikatan near Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines. Aircrews from the 36th Airlift Squadron demonstrated the unique LCLA airdrop technique alongside Republic of the Philippine counterparts in order to practice the ability to deliver humanitarian aid and supplies to remote regions.
