43rd Airlift Group welcomes new commander
Maj. Gen. Frederick H. Martin, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, presents the 43rd Airlift Group’s guidon to Col. Kenneth E. Moss signifying a transfer of command of the group to Moss from the outgoing commander, Col. Daniel H. Tulley, during a change of command ceremony here August 5, 2014.
