Spencer Stone promotes to staff sgt
Master Sgt. Tanya Hubbard and Staff Sgt. Roberto Davila, both assigned to the 60th Medical Group, tack staff sergeant stripes onto Spencer Stone, a 60th Medical Operations Squadron medical technician, during a promotion ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Oct. 30, 2015. Stone was promoted to the rank of staff sergeant, effective Nov. 1, by order of Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III.
