Sonya Gish, Defense Logistics Agency Distribution’s director of Distribution Policy and Processing, is presented the DLA Exceptional Civilian Service Award by DLA Distribution commander Army Brig. Gen. Richard Dix during her retirement ceremony on Dec. 22.
