Incirlik Airmen earn high-value contracting officer warrants
First Lt. Dustin Golden, the 39th Contracting Squadron director of business operations, recently earned an unlimited contracting officer warrant at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. A warrant is the documented authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the government. A contracting officer can only obligate the government to the extent of their warrant value.
