D Lunch and Learn turns focus on resiliency
Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Deputy Commander Kenneth Watson spoke on re-entry and resiliency during a directorate culture council event May 12 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. Watson offered resiliency strategies and examples from his own experiences in managing work/life balance. The Land and Maritime workforce began re-entry to the workplace May 9. Event organizer and D Culture Council President Shari Murnahan narrated the event, which also featured Employee Assistance Program Manager Drew Henderson. Henderson’s presentation included tips and techniques for employees on adjusting to transitions and managing stress to achieve positive outcomes.
