A U.S. Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk receives fuel from an HC-130J Combat King II assigned to the 1st Expeditionary Rescue Group as they practice helicopter air-to-air refueling operations within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, Oct. 13, 2022. The primary mission of the Pave Hawk is to conduct day or night personnel recovery operations in hostile environments to recover isolated personnel during conflicts.
