An officer candidate begins in-processing Officer Training School-Victory at OTS Headquarters at Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., Oct.10, 2023. Starting Oct. 13, OTS-V will be the newest officer accessioning program that will effectively develop high caliber Air and Space Force officers to compete and win in today’s strategic operating environment.
