6/27/2007 - ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. (AFPN) -- An Ellsworth Air Force Base Airman will be featured on the Food Network's "Emeril Live" June 30 in an episode titled "Emeril's Military Contest."
Tech. Sgt. Wesley Williams is the 28th Services Squadron dining facility manager and entered and won a contest that judged the culinary skills of military chefs.
He has served such people as Condoleezza Rice, Newt Gingrich, the chief of staff and secretary of the Air Force during his tour at the Pentagon.
The show airs at 8 p.m. Eastern time June 30, and again at 3 a.m. July 1.
