Airmen, Guardians support UFC Freedom 250 event

WASHINGTON (AFNS) --

Airmen and Guardians participated in the UFC Freedom 250 event on the White House lawn June 14 as part of the nation’s semiquincentennial celebration. More than 400 Department of the Air Force service members attended the nationally visible event, representing the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force alongside service members from across the Department of War.

The event included flyover support from the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, and the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, highlighting the professionalism, readiness and precision of America’s military.
