8/6/2010 - JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. (AFNS)  -- Airmen practice descending from the tower here using the Baker Life Chute during evacuation training Aug. 3. The training familiarizes controllers with a secondary means of escape from the 100-foot structure.
