Incirlik identified Airman killed in accident

4/24/2012 - INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey (AFNS) -- Airman First Class Floyd Glover, 21, died at approximately 1 p.m. April 22 following an on-base motor-vehicle incident at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

Glover was transported from the scene to a local hospital where medical professionals pronounced him dead.

Medical officials treated and released another Airman whose name is being withheld due to the pending investigation.

Both Airmen were assigned to the 39th Security Forces Squadron.

The cause of the incident is currently under investigation. More details will be released as they become available.
