PAUL A. PARKER

Paul A. Parker, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of Communications, Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Mr. Parker has held a wide variety of civil engineer assignments at the squadron, base, major command and Air Staff levels.  He previously served as Director of the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment, Brooks City-Base, Texas. In that capacity he guided the center's nearly 450 persons in managing the Air Force's environmental restoration, military construction and military family housing construction programs. Prior to his current assignment, he was Deputy Air Force Civil Engineer, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., helping organize, train and equip Air Force civil engineers for the development, construction, operation, maintenance and environmental quality of Air Force bases worldwide.
