BRIGADIER GENERAL JEROME A. LANDRY Brigadier General Jerome A. Landry is the director of Command, Control and Communications Systems, U.S. European Command, Patch Barracks, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany. He is responsible for all matters impacting command, control, communications and computer systems in the European theater. The general entered the Air Force in 1964 and was commissioned through Officer Training School, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
