BRIGADIER GENERAL CURTIS H. EMERY II Brigadier General Curtis H. Emery II is the deputy for theater air and missile defense, Ballistic Missile Defense, Department of Defense, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. The general entered the Air Force upon graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1970. He has held a wide variety of duties in operations as well as staff assignments in political-military affairs and war fighting concepts.
