RANDALL J. MAYER

Mr. Randall J. Mayer, a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader, is Technical Adviser, Analysis and Production, Air Force Intelligence Analysis Agency, Washington, D.C. The agency provides tailored, substantive intelligence and imagery to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Mr. Mayer serves as the agency's senior analyst and is responsible for the content and quality of all analytical products. He also ensures the products satisfy the needs of the Air Force's senior leadership.

Mr. Mayer, a native of Osage, Iowa, graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1971 and began a 22-year military career with the Air Force serving in a variety of intelligence analytical positions. His civilian career began in 1995 by serving as an air threat analyst with the National Air Intelligence Center in Washington, D.C.. He has since served in various senior analytical positions with the Air Force Intelligence Analysis Agency. He is the Air Force representative to the Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Analysis, Analytic Standards and Evaluation Action Group. Mr. Mayer was appointed as a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader in April 2006.
