MAJOR GENERAL CARL M. "MIKE" SKINNER

Maj. Gen. Carl M. "Mike" Skinner is the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.

General Skinner was commissioned in 1980 as a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. After completing pilot training, he served as an instructor pilot and flight examiner in the T-38 and FB-111. He has served on the Air Staff in the Senior Leadership Management Office, Air Force Strategy Division and the Chief of Staff's Operations Group. As a mobilization assistant he has served at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, the Defense Information Systems Agency , Office of the Secretary of the Air Force and Military Deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Washington, D.C
