MAUREEN A. QUINLAN

Ms. Maureen A. Quinlan, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Deputy Director of Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.  She is responsible for a staff of over 500 personnel in 10 divisions and is responsible for the policy, budget, and oversight of ACC's maintenance, munitions, supply, transportation, civil engineering, and force protection functions.  She provides direction and oversight to over 38,000 personnel assigned to 19 bases and over 70 operating locations worldwide who maintain and support over 1,100 fighters, bombers, special mission aircraft, and over 700 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles.  She is also responsible for determining requirements, planning, programming, design, and construction of facilities while maintaining combat ready security forces units for rapid deployment and employment.

Ms. Quinlan began her career in 1984 as an Inventory Management Specialist at Kelly Air Force Base, Texas. She is a career logistician with supply, depot, Major Command, Headquarters Air Force, and joint transportation experience. Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Quinlan was the Executive Director of the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center at Scott AFB, Ill.
