LISA M. MAZUR

Lisa M. Mazur, a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader, is the Technical Advisor for Capabilities Integration and Acquisition Intelligence, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations, Headquarters United States Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia.

Ms. Mazur, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, was commissioned in 1985 as a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. She served in a variety of intelligence assignments on active duty, in the Air Force Reserve, and as an Air Force civilian. Ms. Mazur’s assignments included operational intelligence with combat air forces and special operations forces before the bulk of her career within acquisition. She was appointed as a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader in 2010 when she became the Special Advisor for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Capabilities Planning and Analysis within the Headquarters Air Force Directorate of ISR Strategy, Plans and Force Management.

In 2017, Ms. Mazur took leadership of the Department of Defense Acquisition-Intelligence-Requirements Task Force. At the conclusion of the Task Force and prior to her return to the Air Force, she led establishment of an Acquisition Intelligence office under the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment.
