BRIGADIER GENERAL BRUCE H. MCCLINTOCK

Brigadier General Bruce H. McClintock is the Special Assistant to the Commander, Air Force Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He leads the review of the Air Force Space Command Live, Virtual Constructive Operational Training Flight Plan, provides insights and advice on advanced training and supports advanced space exercises and policy reviews.

Gen. McClintock earned his commission from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1987 and has commanded at the squadron and wing levels. He has also served as a test pilot, an educator at the Space Warfare Center, and a White House Fellow under President George W. Bush. Prior to his current assignment, Gen. McClintock served as the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché, U.S. Embassy, Moscow, Russia. He advised the Ambassador and country team, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Combatant Commanders and others on Russian military matters, and he represented the Department of Defense to the Russian Ministry of Defense and the international diplomatic community in Russia.

General McClintock is a command pilot with more than 3,000 flight hours in 35 different aircraft.
