MAJOR GENERAL LINDA M. MARSH

Maj. Gen. Linda M. Marsh serves as the Deputy Director, Logistics Operations, Logistics Directorate, Joint Staff, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. As the Deputy Director, Logistics Operations, she integrates logistics planning and execution in support of global operations and assists the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in fulfilling his responsibilities as the principal military adviser to the President and the Secretary of Defense.

General Marsh was commissioned in 1987 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. She served seven years on active duty and two years in the Air National Guard prior to joining the Air Force Reserve. She has served in leadership positions at numbered Air Force, Air Force major command, headquarters Air Force and combatant command levels leading logistics, acquisition, research and test operations. General Marsh has deployed supporting operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Joint Forge.

Prior to her current position, General Marsh was the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
