Major General CLAUDE K. TUDOR JR.

Maj. Gen. Claude K. Tudor Jr. is the Commander, Special Operations Command Africa, headquartered at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. In this role, Maj. Gen. Tudor is responsible for the full spectrum of special operations activities conducted throughout Africa and leads more than 1,900 U.S. military, interagency and international military personnel operating in 19 countries throughout Africa and Europe.

Maj. Gen. Tudor was commissioned through the Reserves Officers’ Training Corps program at Troy State University, Alabama, and has spent the majority of his career in special operations ground combat assignments, deploying extensively.
