Lieutenant General DALE R. WHITE

Lt. Gen. Dale R. White is the Military Deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. He is responsible for research and development, test, production, product support and modernization of Air Force programs worth more than $60 billion annually.

Lt. Gen. White is a 1997 distinguished graduate of ROTC Detachment 845 at Texas Christian University. His career has included a wide variety of scientific, acquisition, and operational planning assignments involving space, cyber, and aircraft systems; including assignments at the Space and Missile Systems Center, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, Headquarters Air Intelligence Agency, Big Safari Systems Group, Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, and three Program Executive Officer leadership roles.

Prior to his current position, he was the Program Executive Officer for Fighters and Advanced Aircraft, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. His responsibilities included the development, production, fielding, sustainment and modernization of the Air Force fighter portfolio, which includes the $42 billion Future Years Defense Program for A-10, A-29, F- 15, F-16, F-22, and special programs; as well as the development of the Next Generation Air Dominance family of systems and other advanced aircraft capability development activities. Additionally, he managed and executed $90.5 billion in active Foreign Military Sales case funding to provide Tactical Air capability to international partners.
