Lieutenant Colonel TIFFANY L. DEBROW

Lt. Col. Tiffany L. Debrow is the Commander, 342nd Recruiting Squadron, San Antonio, Texas. She leads a highly skilled team of 99 recruiters and support personnel tasked with inspiring, engaging and recruiting line officer and health professions officers from a 1.2 million square mile area of responsibility, encompassing 18 Southeastern states and the Caribbean.  Lieutenant Colonel Debrow is responsible for the annual accession of more than 300 line officers, and 300 doctors, nurses, dentists and allied health officers to meet Air Force and Space Force end strength requirements.

Lieutenant Colonel Debrow entered the Air Force in 2005 upon receiving a commission through the Reserve Officer Training (ROTC) program at Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas. Her career includes a range of acquisition assignments including managing air and space programs valued at over $6.6 billion dollars, as well as, staff positions within Air Force Recruiting Service.  Prior to her current assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Debrow served as the Deputy Chief, Innovations Office, Headquarters Air Force Recruiting Service, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
